What most people don’t realize is that there is a HUGE difference between being effective-I.E Producing results… and being efficient…
And that you have to stand on your own two feet and act on your ideas if you really want to be successful without checking their validity and potential with others first.
People will say that something is amazing and can be done if they have done it but if they haven’t watch out! They could turn out to be dream stealers…
Don’t let ANYONE ruin your chances of success, if they disapprove of you and the way you’re doing something. IGNORE them! And remember that no statue has ever been erected to a critic…
Because most people are conditioned to be employees by the time they decide they want to be entrepreneurs they forget that being busy IS NOT SMART! And will get you NOWHERE! True success means working because you feel like it NOT because you have to.
The other stumbling block that most people come across lack of initiative… They have been conditioned to follow the rules and do what they are told so they listen to people who tell them not to do things that are different because they are used to being rewarded for following the leader. You need to be the leader before you can consider yourself successful…
Systems work and people fail, it’s true but that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t colour outside AND inside the lines!
Use systems and follow instructions but don’t forget that you can only produce results if you work inside and outside the box!
If people are criticizing you KEEP GOING and KEEP BELIEVING in yourself, dream stealers only criticize those that jump in the ring because they’re too scared to get in themselves! It’s easy for them to stand on the sidelines yelling crude remarks! So much easier than getting out there and BEING DIFFERENT AND DARING!
TO TRY IS TO RISK FAILURE, BUT RISKS MUST BE TAKEN.
